CELEBRITY SIGHTINGS — 51

Upon stumbling onto RollingStone's concert photo of Radiohead's Thom Yorke special guest performance at MoMA PS1's Warm Up 2012 in Queens, guess who's backstage?

Aspiring singer-songwriter: Elle Da Vinci & I!

MoMA PS1's Warm-Up Series concluded for 2012 w/ a special guest performance by an experimental super-group under the moniker Atoms For Peace — Thom Yorke & Nigel Godrich (Radiohead) performed sans Flea (Red Hot Chilli Peppers)

MoMA PS1 is one of the oldest & largest non-profit contemporary art institutions in the United States. In 2000, P.S.1 Contemporary Art Center became an affiliate of The Museum of Modern Art to extend the reach of both institutions, and combine MoMA PS1's contemporary mission w/ MoMA's strength as one of the greatest collecting museums of modern art.

2010 marks the completed merger of the two institutions and celebrates P.S.1's new and exciting chapter as MoMA PS1 — hosting & showcasing its 3rd Annual Warm-Up Series featuring the most diverse & innovative artists and musical acts of various, trendsetting genres.

Atoms For Peace DJ'ed & sang — debuting several "new" songs during sudden & torrential downpours — sending the wet crowd into sheer pandemonium.

  1. I've always found that artists in particular really like you to have read a lot about them. It proves they are celebrities indeed. Maybe cause, most of them are never quite sure of their status.
