KONGLINARY ARTS: TABASCO® Sauce

Many people have been amazed or rather disgusted for my love of spices — atomic, nuclear and even death buffalo wings at the State University of New York's Albany, eating raw green peppers from Indian restaurants in Manhattan, New York, pouring so much Vietnamese hot, red sauce (Sriracha) into their "classic" phở soup that the broth literally looks like a "red" broth — were some of the most psychedelic spices I've experimented with in my lifetime.

But when it comes straight down to it, TABASCO® Sauce is perhaps my favorite, period.

It has the perfect blend & combination of — HOT, SPICY & TASTY!

Since 1868, the McIlhenny family has been committed to premium products that enliven the flavor of food.

Our mission is to assure that our TABASCO® diamond provides uncompromising quality.

TABASCO® brand products are made by McIlhenny Company, founded in 1868 on Avery Island, Louisiana. It is still family-owned and operated on that very site.

Over 140 years later, TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce is made much the same way and is labeled in 22 languages and dialects, sold in over 160 countries and territories, added to soldiers’ rations, and put on restaurant tables around the globe. It is the most famous, most preferred pepper sauce in the world.
