theKONGSPORTS™ (B.S.PN affiliate) – Miami Heat's quest for basketball immortality ended abruptly (and roughly -according to LeBron James) last night at the United Center in Chicago.
The Heat’s impressive 27-game winning streak came to an historic end at the hands of the Bulls in a 101-97 loss — perhaps equally impressive was the fact that Chicago were playing without their MVP-Derrick Rose and All-Star Joakim Noah.
Miami's "epic" streak will go down in "infamy" as the second longest in NBA history — after 33 consecutive victories by the 1971-72 Los Angeles Lakers.
