SYNOPSIS: Oscar-winning filmmaker Ridley Scott [American Gangster (2007) | Black Hawk Down (2001) | Gladiator (2000) | Legend (1985) | Blade Runner (1982) | Alien (1979)] and Pulitzer Prize-winning author Cormac McCarthy [The Road (2006) | No Country for Old Men (2005) | All the Pretty Horses (1992)] have joined forces in the motion picture thriller The Counselor (2013) starring some of Hollywood's heavyweights.
McCarthy, making his silver-screenwriting debut and Scott inter-weave the author's distinctive wit & dark humor along w/ his signature nightmarish scenario, in which a respected lawyer's one-time dalliance with an illegal business deal spirals out-of-control.
