Arnold Schwarzenegger Dishes Out Fitness Advice to Unsuspecting Gym-Goers

The Terminator, Arnold Schwarzenegger, has returned to the gym, and this time he has a ponytail.
The actor formerly know as The Governator donned a hairy disguise to work undercover at a Gold's Gym in Venice, Calif.
As Harold the fitness instructor, Schwarzenegger stomped between machines, sharing gym-rat wisdom – if it burns, it grows – and expounding on the importance of hydration. Even with Schwarzenegger's picture on the wall, many clients were clueless about who Harold really was.
The prank is part of Schwarzenegger's efforts to raise awareness about his work with the non-profit After School All-stars and Omaze, a site dedicated to delivering amazing experiences for a charitable cause. — People
