Phoenix Jones is the leader of the Rain City Superhero Movement, a Seattle, Washington based
citizen patrol group that describes itself as a crime prevention brigade. — Wikipedia

Phoenix Jones (a former MMA fighter and original called Guardian of Seattle) is currently the "rea-life" superhero and leader of the Rain City Superhero Movement. He dons a make-shift "bullet-proof" superhero outfit equipped w/ a body cam and a utility belt that consists of pepper spray.

Phoenix Jones a.k.a. "Fear the Flattop" holds an 11-1-0 record in amateur mixed martial arts fights and a 4-0-0
professional fight record before retiring to become a costumed vigilante in Seattle, Washington

His late-night vigilante occupation in Seattle has now caught the attention of ESPN's SportsCenter and is now having his story brought to the silver screen. As of press time, the working title of the documentary is entitield, “Phoenix Rising: The Story of an American Hero.”
 

Originally donning a ski-mask, Phoenix Jones adopted a pseudonym along w/ a specially-designed super-suit
to prevent getting mistaken for a criminal by the police. He states that that all members of the
Rain City Superhero Movement have a military or MMA background
