Once Upon A Time...
...I grew-up listening to UNDERGROUND music — Heavy Metal in the 80s before it became popular, Rap in the late-80s/early-90s before it became a world-wide phenomenon, and even Hardcore Punk/Metal before it became a game-changer in the late-90s/early-2000s — upon graduating from college and becoming a young working professional, my choice in music became more diverse but regardless of my ever-evolving taste in different sounds, my ear was almost always w/ the underground.

Although my passion for underground music remains unaltered/unchanged, I still do (once in a blue) appreciate super-viable/super-mega commercial radio hits — I grew-up to perhaps the greatest generation of Pop-Radio Hits a.k.a. the 80s/Eighties — Michael Jackson, Prince, Phil Collins along w/ Madonna, Cyndi Lauper, Whitney Houston, etc. — and it's because of those legendary pop-radio artists that today's modern pop-radio artists have been able to replicate/reproduce extraordinary smash hits of their own!

And there is nothing more fulfilling to my musical soul — than to receive the joy of putting my fellow childhood boys and other close personal friends to such inspirational and life-changing songs!
Without further adieu, here is a list of the most recent viral songs that I miraculously discovered on the radio (don't forget, I don't listen to the radio) and tried to put my inner-circle of friends onto...
"Somebody That I Use To Know (2011)" by Gotye feat. Kimbra
"Radioactive (2012)" by Imagine Dragons
"Take Me To Church (2013)" by Hozier
"Hideaway (2014)" by Kiesza
[NOTE: This incredibly groovy/funky song was actually introduced by my childhood friend's girlfriend — and so, I can not and will not take credit for it *wink*]
